Better recall of policies when seconds count.

Signing for policies is a crucial part of the job. But, when used alone, it doesn't make sure your employees actually commit the policy to memory. Recall changes that with digital flashcards, created from your existing documents in PowerPolicy. Reinforce policies, reduce liability, and improve employees’ ability to recall information when it matters most.

FAQs

Does PowerRecall require another login?

No! PowerRecall works inside PowerPolicy for a seamless user experience. Once you purchase PowerRecall and go through implementation, just log into PowerPolicy as usual.

Do I have to have PowerPolicy to get PowerRecall?

Yes. PowerRecall works inside PowerPolicy, so you can use your existing content and mobile app to access flashcards.

How does PowerRecall use AI? Is my information safe?

Our augmented intelligence model does not share information or use your documents to train AI models. We treat data security seriously and built the system to ensure information from your policies cannot be accessed outside of PowerRecall.

What can I use PowerRecall for? Is it just for policies?

It’s not just for your policies! PowerRecall can be used to reinforce important information from any mission-critical documents or educational materials you manage inside PowerPolicy, including study materials or manuals for promotional exams.

What’s the point of flashcards if I’m already testing employees on policies?

Most tests on policies are assigned right after an employee has read the policy. This is still an important step in the compliance process, but one quiz can’t guarantee or prove commitment to long-term memory. Additional learning through spaced repetition takes employees’ policy comprehension to the next level.

What is spaced repetition?

Spaced repetition is a science-backed learning strategy. When someone gets a card right, they won’t see that card again for a while. But, if they get a card wrong, they will see it again sooner in their assigned cards. This trains the brain to learn the right answer and commit it to long-term memory, improving comprehension over time.
