Commissioner Walsh

Commissioner Walsh has was selected to lead the Long Beach Police Department in December 2020, after a long career with the Nassau County Police Department. There, he served successfully as a police officer, sergeant, lieutenant, detective, captain, inspector, deputy chief, assistant chief and Chief of Support. Commissioner Walsh has a bachelor of arts in Criminal Justice from Mansfield University and a masters of Public Information from Marist College. Special professional development experiences include two training stints at the FBI National Academy in Quantico,  Police Executive Training with the New York City Police Department and Senior Management Institute for Police in Boston with the Police Executive Research Forum.

Chief White

Chief White has served as the Clearlake Police chief since 2018, He also served as police commander for the Suisun City Police Department from 2015 to 2018. In that agency, he served in multiple positions from 2002 to 2015, including as a cadet, officer and sergeant. In July of 2021, Governor Gavin Newsom appointed Chief Andrew White to the State 911 Advisory Board. Chief White also served as Chairperson of the Solano County Animal Control Authority and the Solano County Law Enforcement Commanders Association. He has taught as an instructor for the Napa Valley College Police Academy program for 11 years, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in organizational management/information technology.

Scott MacDonald

Scott is the General Manager of Public Safety and leads the PowerDMS Platform for NEOGOV.  He has spent the past 20 years developing technology solutions for law enforcement and 9-1-1. Throughout his career, he has served as Chief Product Officer and Head of Strategy for companies that developed Computer Aided Dispatch and Records Management systems. Having worked for Motorola, VisionAIR and TriTech, Scott works with thousands of law enforcement agencies throughout the country, helping automate workflows and developing solutions to help with their most pressing problems. He joined the NEOGOV family by way of an acquisition of a company he started, called CueHit, which automates Citizen Engagement solutions for law enforcement.
